Our agricultural landscape is turning barrendue to the constantapplication of chemicals in the form of fertilizers and pesticides. The loss of natural nutrients and organic matter in oursoil has pushed native traditional heirloom seeds towards extinction.
We therefore propose to develop a Seed Bank and Research Centre to protect and re-cultivate these seeds. Our centre will be equipped toproduce many varieties of organic seeds in large quantities. Thiswill be distributed to the farmers and to the general public.

It would be a surprise to note that a small terrace is more than sufficient to grow our own food. Our “Terrace Garden” project’s aim is to transform our state and eventually ourcountry towards sustainable food production and consumption.
We offer our services free to set upterrace gardens inOrphanages and Old Age Homes.
“REDISCOVER FARMING”
In order to seek knowledge and spread awareness we plan to conduct training programs and workshops for students, corporate and green-enthusiasts. We shall also transfer techniques to the participants to set up and maintain terrace gardens.
